By accessing or using Vector Knowledge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Vector Knowledge. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Vector Knowledge is an AI-powered email intelligence platform that connects to your Gmail account to provide semantic search, knowledge graph visualization, and AI-driven insights about your email communications.
We offer multiple subscription tiers: Free Trial (24-hour trial with limited features), Pro (€19/month for 5,000 emails and unlimited prompts), and Premium (€39/month for 20,000 emails and extended features). Specific tier limitations are detailed in our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the service.
We may offer beta features that are still in development. These features are provided 'as is' without warranties and may contain bugs or errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue beta features at any time.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By connecting your Gmail account, you grant Vector Knowledge permission to access, process, and analyze your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only read-only access (gmail.readonly scope) and process your data solely to provide our core services. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or your Vector Knowledge account settings.
Vector Knowledge's access to and use of your Gmail data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy). We comply with all Limited Use requirements, which means: (a) we use Gmail data only to provide and improve features you request, (b) we do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services (OpenAI, Pinecone, Supabase), (c) we do not use Gmail data for serving advertisements, (d) we do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless necessary for security, compliance, or with your explicit permission.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Each subscription is for a single user only. You may not share your account credentials or allow multiple people to access your account.
Paid subscriptions require a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
New users may access a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. After the trial expires, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription tier.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment fails repeatedly, we may downgrade or suspend your account until payment is received.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on our income.
You agree to use Vector Knowledge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; (b) use automated means to access the service except as permitted; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (d) use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Your usage is limited by your subscription tier (email indexing limits, storage limits, retention periods). Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or account suspension until you upgrade.
We impose rate limits to ensure fair use and system stability. Excessive API usage may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
Vector Knowledge and all related technologies, designs, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
You retain all rights to your email data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your email data solely for providing the service to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the service immediately ceases, (b) we revoke access to your Gmail account, (c) we schedule deletion of your data within 30 days, (d) no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
